Reflexology for pre-conception, pregnancy, perimenopause, anxiety, stress and depression. Alongside Reiki and Indian head massage
Based in Ewelme, between Wallingford & Henley, South Oxfordshire.
My name is Zoë and I am a fully qualified and insured intuitive reflexologist, based in the beautiful village of Ewelme in South Oxfordshire, between Wallingford and Henley-on-Thames.
I specialise in supporting women’s health through the transformative stages of life, including preconception, pregnancy, postnatal recovery and peri/menopause. My approach is deeply holistic, working with the body and mind to gently restore balance and support overall wellbeing.
At the heart of my practice is reflexology, including Mindful Reflexology techniques that focus on reflexes associated with stress, anxiety and emotional wellbeing. I also offer Advanced Facial Reflexology, Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage, Reiki and Indian Head Massage, allowing treatments to be tailored to your individual needs.
Many of my treatments are offered as nurturing rituals, combining therapies to create a deeply relaxing and restorative experience. These rituals are designed to calm the nervous system, release tension and encourage the body’s natural healing processes.
My journey into this work began over 12 years ago when I experienced the benefits of pregnancy reflexology myself. During that time it provided a deeply calming and supportive space, helping me to manage symptoms and truly relax. That experience inspired me to retrain as a therapist so I could offer the same level of care and support to other women.
I am a member of the Association of reflexologists and I can be found on the RLD practitioners directory and NHS referral listing (click on logos below to view).

Foot Reflexology
Reflexology is a complementary health therapy that can be effective in promoting deep relaxation and wellbeing; reducing stress in people’s lives can be key in optimising good health and building resilience. It is a touch therapy that is based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face or ears correspond with different areas of the body and its systems.
Mindful Reflexology
With today's busy lifestyles we can often find ourselves living with long-term stress which can have a negative impact on our emotional and physical wellbeing.
I will provide advanced reflexology techniques for working the reflexes associated with stress, anxiety and depression and includes bespoke lifestyle suggestions to aid relaxation and improve wellbeing.

Advanced Facial Reflexology
I am a qualified advanced facial reflexologist, having trained with the world famous Ziggie Bergman (London School of Reflexology and Zone Face Lift) in the Bergman Method.
Similar to traditional reflexology, which focuses on the feet, facial reflexology is rooted in the concept that various areas of the face are connected to different parts of the body. The stimulation of these reflex points is believed to help improve circulation, release tension, and promote overall well-being.
Organic cleanser, toner, facial oil and crystals will be used to enhance the treatment.

AROMAReiki
A deeply relaxing but powerful experience that combines essential oils, with gentle massage techniques and universal healing energy. Designed to bring the body back into a blissful state of homeostasis.
Your 60-minute experience starts with a grounding and balancing foot technique that has the effect of resetting the mind, body & spirit. Followed by a gentle application of specific therapeutic grade essential oils to the back to balance and clear the body's energy centres.
Moving gently into a Reiki treatment that combines intuitive techniques and reiki healing energy to clear any blocks that come to the surface and determine the essential oil for you to take home at the end of your treatment.

Preconception, pregnancy and Postnatal reflexology
Preconception Reflexology can help create an optimal environment for conception and a healthy pregnancy.
By stimulating certain reflex points on the feet, it can help restore menstrual regularity, balance hormones, reduce emotional and physical stress and promote deep relaxation. Reflexology can be especially beneficial for those undergoing IVF treatment.
Pregnancy Reflexology
Pregnancy can sometimes bring discomfort, but reflexology from 14 weeks can often ease symptoms such as:
And promote the increase of:
Postnatal Reflexology
Can help to aid recovery, balance hormones, boost energy levels and provide some much needed time for relaxation which often includes the chance to sleep!

crystal reflexology
Crystal reflexology combines reflexology with the energetic power of crystals. This holistic approach treats the whole person, not just symptoms, encouraging self-healing and energetic harmony.
Crystals carry unique vibrational frequencies that can influence energy fields (chakras, meridians, aura) and by using them in various forms (wands, discs and tumble stone) to stimulate specific reflex points on the feet, hands, or face, aims to balance the body, mind, and spirit.

I use a variety of different crystals chosen specifically for their links to different internal and external organs and physical and mental symptoms, such as-
Rose Quartz- Heart, nervous system, skin, lymphatic system

Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage works with acupressure points across the head, neck and shoulders to help ease tension, release tight muscles and encourage healthy circulation.
It can be wonderfully soothing for headaches, calming for the mind, and supportive for overall wellbeing.
You’ll experience these nurturing techniques woven through my ritual treatments- Crown to Sole, Crown to Heart and Brow to Sole, where there is time and space for the body to fully relax, unwind and restore.
Reflexology for Lymph Drainage (RLD)
Reflexology for Lymph Drainage (RLD) is a specialised reflexology technique designed to support the lymphatic system — an important part of the body responsible for fluid balance, immune support, and the removal of waste products.
The treatment works through specific reflex points on the feet that correspond to the lymphatic system. Using a gentle and precise sequence of movements, RLD aims to encourage natural lymphatic flow and support the body’s own drainage processes.
Unlike traditional massage, the lymphatic system relies on movement and stimulation to help circulate lymph fluid around the body. When lymph flow becomes sluggish, it can sometimes contribute to feelings of puffiness, swelling, heaviness, or general discomfort.
I completed my training in Reflexology for Lymph Drainage with Sally Kay, the internationally recognised founder of the RLD technique. This specialised training ensures the treatment follows the specific method developed to safely and effectively support lymphatic flow.
RLD is a deeply relaxing treatment that works in harmony with the body to restore a sense of balance and ease.
Who Can Benefit from RLD?
Reflexology for Lymph Drainage may be supportive for people experiencing:
Many clients simply notice they feel lighter, clearer, and more comfortable
after treatment.
A Gentle Yet Powerful Approach
What makes RLD so unique is that it offers a gentle yet effective way to support the lymphatic system through the feet. The treatment is both therapeutic and deeply calming, making it suitable for those looking to support their health while also enjoying the restorative benefits of reflexology.
RLD also pairs beautifully with Advanced Facial Reflexology, helping to support lymphatic drainage through both the face and body while promoting deep relaxation.
I regularly provide Reiki, AROMAReiki and Reflexology on holistic retreats and women’s wellness events in the UK and in France.

Holistic therapies are a wonderful way of maintaining your body's healthy balance and general wellbeing, reducing the stresses and tensions that come with busy lifestyles and giving us a space to reflect on the mind as well as the body.

Holistic therapy can induce a deep state of relaxation, which improves the effectiveness of the treatment. Relaxing helps relieve tension and aids circulation, increasing the flow of nutrients, oxygen and energy to all parts of the body, and helping with the removal of toxins.

While it is not a cure, Holistic Therapy can be particularly helpful in managing many health conditions, especially constant or recurring ones that we might have come to accept over time as being a normal part of life.

Your Soul Therapy is a women-focused wellness space, dedicated to supporting women’s physical, emotional and energetic wellbeing.
Male clients can be accepted by referral from an existing client or trusted practitioner only. Please contact me directly before booking, thank you.
Reflexology is performed entirely on the feet, ankles or hands, so the most you’ll have to do is take off your socks and roll up your trousers! During the treatment the client lies on their back on a therapy bed (or reclining chair for mobile treatments), supported by pillows and covered with a soft blanket to keep them warm.
And don’t worry - reflexology doesn't tickle! Many clients come to me with ticklish feet or worried about their feet being touched, but find they can relax and enjoy the benefits of Reflexology.
You might find some areas feel sensitive to the touch, but Reflexology does not involve hard pressing in the way something like a sports massage might. As a therapist I will be aware of the status of your feet, noticing how they feel, the temperature and colour. All these things play a part in understanding which areas of your body - as reflected through your feet - require a bit more care and attention.
